“My wife and I highly recommend AHA. They built and installed our kitchen cabinets. Our cabinets are 100% unique and custom. Everything from the sizes and door frame pattern to the crown molding. Everything was specific to our tastes and chosen over time with the help of AHA and our amazing designer. We started our journey over a year and half ago when we started meeting with contractors. We used HomeAdvisor, called around, searched the web and spoke with anyone our friends and neighbors had used. Why did we decide on and use AHA? Passion. AHA was the only contractor who wanted to understand our vision and deliver our dream. Don’t get me wrong, with spoke with many good vendors who wanted to see us happy, but none had the passion and desire to meet our needs like AHA. The biggest problem we heard from other vendors was “that will be tough” or “it will cost you.” We often heard, “I get it, but cabinets typically come in standard sizes.” Never once did we hear about limitations or cost from AHA. Instead, it was all about our dream and vision. Only after we had the vision, did we begin to talk about price and where we could save if we so choose. But get this, once it was all said and done, AHA was less [cost] than most of the “highly recommended contractors.” We contacted AHA first around May of 2018. When they showed up, we were down to studs, and I don’t think we even had the ceiling framed in yet. If Dustin was laughing, which I’m sure he was, he didn’t show it. Compare that to some of the contractors who said call us when the drywall is up. As things always take longer than expected, we did not install cabinets until May, 2019. Over the course of a year, AHA kept in touch, asked how it was going, shared ideas and gave us recommendations. When we didn’t like the door frames they showed us, they made sample custom frames with our unique ideas in mind. To fully appreciate what AHA delivered, you must understand how the dessert and coffee cabinet doors had to line up with the center of the openings through the dining room. The center of the island had to perfectly align with the center of the range, hood and vaulted ceiling beam. So not only did the cabinets need to meet our unique needs, they all had to perfectly fit the room. This either excluded the “pre-manufactured size” cabinet contractors who order from a book, or our unique requirements upped the price dramatically. With most of the other contractors, we also got tired of hearing, “I don’t know, let me contact the vendor or builder.” We never heard that from AHA. We love our cabinets, we think they are beautiful, and I could go on endlessly about the experience. AHA exceed our expectations in every single way. There is nothing we would change, and I’m 100% confident we would not be this happy without AHA’s help. If you’re considering AHA, take some time to get to know Dustin, and you’ll see what we mean. You might be fooled by his calm demeanor and how he doesn’t try to force his ideas on you. You might also think you can do better with a contractor from HomeAdvisor selling someone else’s cabinets. Or, maybe you’ll feel it’s safer to go with a Home Depot designer who can stamp you out a cookie cutter cabinet. But for me, I’ll take a true craftsman with passion and a desire to learn my vision every time. Thanks, AHA!” PC, Roswell
